All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. We use a Tracked 24 and signed for service for all orders. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Our order cut off time is 9am each weekday.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

All UK orders take approx 1-3 working days, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 6-7 working days.

Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Yes, our peptides are tested by a reputable third-party laboratory to verify accurate dosage and ensure the highest standards of purity.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and has the original shrink seal intact.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thoroughbredlabs.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: We will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:
•  Products without the original shrink seal.
•  Items returned after 30 days from purchase.
•  Used, damaged, or altered products.
